My bill is the same every month, which was not the case with AT&T. My internet always works and is very fast. They are very patient when you call them, which I found very helpful because I am not technical and often get confused with the terms and things. I have referred my friends, family and neighbors to get the service which I don't usually do. |

The first product they offered was a good price but the hardware is no good. Customer service has bad issues. The office building is located in North Hollywood on 6855 tujunga. DMR in santa Ana and Datavo are by far two of the worst in service , customer service, very disorganized and are only out to make a buck. The managers are all partners who have stock or money vested into the company, new management as well. Its is a mill for customers and people looking for a job. They are having financial problems and are dealing with bankruptcy , main company is Pacific Centrex Services. They are Free Choice as well as Brazilian Blow out the hair product which is being sued. Goverment has a close watch on the owner Devin Semler, for cancer causing agents in his hair products. What they do offer is cheap prices but along with that comes customer service issues , price hikes in your phone bills you will recieve from them. They will post fake reviews saying excellent service and or great company. While every customer cannot be kept happy there are more angry customers and complaints than there are good ones. I would not get the service for my family members or personal business, use the good pricing they have as a crutch to get better deal with someone else, it works. DMR are bullies and lock you into a contract, they have clauses in them that make it very difficult or expensive to break and they do not deliver what they say. All the bad posts you read about datavo are true. Yes they may have new management but still think and deal with people the same way they say one think and do another. very bad practices , unless you do not know who they are or dont research the company you will use there service but if you research them you will steer and run away fast. The hardware they provide is used, it is a job for the people in customer service and nothing more they are collecting a paycheck only not really looking to compete with other companies such as telepacific or cbeyond , xo communications , time warner and the list goes on shop around I recommend calling Rhaphael Tarpley and he will tell you what you want to hear and agree and even say we are implementing changes, but the fact of the matter is nothing changes. dont beleive me call their own customers,call NCH wealth advisors and ask for andrew and let him explain his experience. Business who can save money are willing to pay more than use datavo or dmr. |

Tehy always begin by saying they want to speak to the person who handles the ATT account, and they have lower rates avialable. Twice they have implied they were with a wholesale division of ATT. I would love to find out how to have them stop calling. |
